How to order
Step 1. Please click the "Add to cart" button in the middle of the each individual artwork page, and fill in the purchase order form.
Step 2. We will send you a confirmation of your purchase order automatically by e-mail.
Step 3. We will send you a second confirmation of your purchase order, along with shipping schedule, etc. by e-mail in 2~3 days.
* It may take a few more days to receive the second email during a holiday.
* If the artwork is out-of-stock, we will offer another artwork using the same character(s)
or you can cancel the purchase order even after the payment.
Step 4. We will ship the artwork to your requested address.
* If you chose bank transfer or pay at our gallery, we will ship the artwork after your payment.
Prices
All prices are in Japanese Yen. Artwork prices are based on the frame size of the artwork.
Prices may change without notice, but the price of your purchase order confirmed by our e-mail will not change.

We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer, when you purchase the artwork from the online shop.

Shipping guide
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase from the online shop.
- 1. Shipping costs are free of charge for delivery in Japan when your purchase totals over 30,000 yen.
When the total purchase is less than 30,000 yen, we will charge 1,000 yen (tax included) as the shipping cost. - 2. Shipping costs are in general 15% of product prices (tax included) for overseas delivery, although they may be more than 15% for some countries.
(In this case we will inform you by e-mail of the estimated shipping costs.)
Shipping costs include packaging and insurance expenses.
Shipping costs do not include customs duties in your country.
Shipments & Delivery
- Inside Japan:
We send the products domestically using Yamato Unyu in general, so it will take less than 1 week to reach your address
after settlement of the payment.
It is also possible to receive the products in person at the Carré MOJI salon (8F J6Front 6-12-20 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku Tokyo 150-0001 JAPAN). - Overseas:
We ship the products to the overseas address by using an appropriate carrier such as Japan Post Express Mail Service (EMS),
so it will take about 2~4 weeks (depending on the destination) to reach your address after settlement of the payment.
Returns & Refunds
We would like to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from this site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused products within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us,
please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
can be sent back to us within seven (7) days from delivery;
must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
must be sent in its original packaging;
must be sent in one single shipment;
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used. Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account.
How to hang the artwork
Please hang the string on the back of each artwork on ahook or picture wire on the wall.
For a wide size artwork (more than 60cm), we recommend hanging on two (2) hooks or two (2) picture wires.
We carry hooks and picture wires. Please contact us if you wish to purchase some.
