Mojiphic ” is a new artwork’s category created by Moji Gallery that abstracts and expresses the shapes and forms of Kanji in the form of graphics using the techniques and expression methods of calligraphy. The world of sumi ink, which uses the line quality and margins of calligraphy to depict the meaning of the characters, landscapes, and scenes, opens up a variety of imaginations in the viewer’s mind. Calligraphic artworks, which are based on Kanji that have meanings, allow the viewer to appreciate both the meaning and the form of the kanji characters at the same time. The enjoyment of the mingling of meaning and form is what makes calligraphy art so enjoyable.
