Tahara is a rising female artist whose work combines soft, elegant lines with a refined and dignified charm. In addition to kanji, she brings a unique perspective to English calligraphy, excelling at translating imagery into brushwork. She won the highest award in interior calligraphy competition organized by Fujin Gaho, Japan’s oldest women’s art and lifestyle magazine.
